December in Stockholm

Months in advance I'd been looking forward to have almost 2 weeks in Stockholm in December just to see friends. Turned out that I got fever and a cold, in combination with ret-hosta and almost no hearing - GREAT! But I do remember having done the following....

Seeing Linda again for the first time in ages (3 years?!) at Emma's place before she took off for New Year's in Dubai. Having mussels with her, Emma and Micke in a blue tubed formed restaurant - delicious and cosy!








Between the coughs and the laughs and sniffles and miffels we took the tube a lot. Stayed in 3 or 4 places all together. Thereof this photo.




I could not hear a word they said...but the meat balls were gigantic and being with Jens and Stina is always like Mid summer, birthday and Lucia combined together. This time at this old place called Tranan. Fun to see Patrice to!







The best Christmas gift (except for the ticket for the Springsteen concert in Paris from Joe!!) was the "gift certificate" we got from Emma for a champagne test at her and Micke's place. (She one summer worked as a Champagne guide for M&C in France (Epernay?) guiding tourists around in the old caves. And she had a hell-of-a-lot of champagne to!). I don't remember, but I think I learned a lot :)
